The Challenge

I was in the process of launching Zurii, a new ethical and socially responsible jewellery business made by women in developing nations, and needed an extra pair of hands to assist with activating our communications strategy in order to meet our launch deadline.

The Solution

Witnessing the value Natalie added to the business in such a short time was a great wake up call for me. I had been holding onto too much of the work and responsibility myself. My specific challenge was that I had to finish getting our home built and move in in a very specific timeframe. I also had a 50th birthday party planned for my husband in our new home the weekend we were moving in PLUS kids going back to school the following week. They actually had to pack up our stuff whilst I was interstate on business without any direction from me!

The Solution

It’s overwhelming to watch all of your possessions come off a truck and know exactly where everything should go, however the team managed to move our family into our new home in less than a week, with everything unpacked perfectly and ready for the party. The Concierge Collective team are truly the moving experts. The Challenge

My time is best spent in my business rather than sorting out the day to day items that are so time consuming. When I am away travelling and facilitating, I need someone who has my back and can take care of my clients during those periods. Also – I needed help with my own personal things – the basics such as dry cleaning and organising my life in general.

The Solution

It has made it possible for me to deliver and grow my business whilst also staying committed to my volunteer interests. It’s great to know I can make a call and I don’t have to spend hours explaining what I need. I was at a stage in my life where everything seemed a mammoth task. I was disorganized in every way – filing, important documents, clutter, wardrobe, and I couldn’t see past my mindset that it was a mammoth task and I couldn’t bear to make a start. So I rang Adele.

The Solution

My lifestyle has changed since engaging the Concierge Collective. Every need, question, worry, that I had was solved. Adele helped me in my move from one apartment to another. There was nothing that I was required to contribute towards this endeavour. The packing, the unpacking, the placement of my possessions into the new surroundings was attended to. The Challenge

Working full time and having a child at school with after school activities, it was hard to make the time to re-organise spaces or arrange trades people at a time convenient for someone to be at home. Often finding reliable contractors is a hard job in itself. I had to downsize my family home and there was furniture going to many locations, and trades needed for various tasks. There is no way I could have physically completed the job in the timeframes involved.

The Solution

The end result was far above & beyond what I could have imagined possible in the short time frame and so professionally done. The effort the team put into my new home was just fantastic. I really needed to get my house in order after renovating. I had all good intentions but was time poor. It was something I have always believed I should do myself. Realistically, this is an area that I procrastinate and avoid. I always think that I should be spending time with my little one, working or doing other things.

I had been wanting to organise my house for years and could never get on top of things. The main challenges were we had over the years accumulated way too much “stuff” and I didn’t know where to start. It impacted me by every time I walked back into our house. I would feel overwhelmed and unproductive. I was nervous, anxious and mostly embarrassed that I required such a service to begin with.

The Challenge

The constant sound of balls bouncing on walls – it had become pretty obvious our existing family home was starting to struggle to provide the necessary outlets a sports mad 7 year old boy needed. At the same time, our business had just taken on a major investor. With so much happening in our professional lives, the idea of preparing to buy/sell/move and all the associated logistics felt beyond us.

The Solution

We were fortunate enough to have planned a once in a lifetime family holiday to enjoy the London 2012 Olympics and the planets managed to align in a way that enabled us to leave our original home to head off to the Olympics and return three weeks later (with a wonderful set of family experiences) into our new home with 150+ boxes of items already unpacked (by de-clutter experts) and all amenities and utilities in place and operational. The Challenge

I found myself staring at a room half packed for over an hour and unable to move. I was emotionally and physically stuck. I needed to be out of the place in two days and was just incapable of doing anything else.  I was in need of assistance FAST.

I needed systems for my paper and email files as well as someone to help me deal with those ‘little things’ that make an office run smoothly. I wanted to be focusing on my clients and needed back up to help me get on with my job. I also needed someone who I could trust to deal with my clients and suppliers professionally and who would represent me and go into bat for me where needed.

The Solution

TCC delivered everything I needed and more, they often came up with ideas to make things better and could also come into my office, help me purge unnecessary clutter and leave again taking a weight off my shoulders. The Challenge

There were so many personal things that I needed to get done for which I didn’t have time, and nor did my own PA have time to help me. I had gathered a range of small projects over a period of two years that I really wanted to action, but I didn’t see any time in my schedule that would allow me to do this.

The Challenge

Having just moved to Brisbane in 2007 to establish an office for the company I worked for, all I did for the first few years was concentrate on work. My personal affairs became a disaster, nothing was filed, store credit notes and vouchers expired, bills were just paid and put on top of a large pile for another date. Trouble was that the ‘other date’ just never came.

The Solution

Initially, getting organised and having a process that would work long after The Concierge Collective team had gone home was my priority. The Challenge

I run HR consulting company wattsnext and have 3 young boys, so life can get hectic at times. I had a long ‘to do’ list of bits and pieces which I just never got around to doing.

The Challenge

We had built quite a big study but we couldn’t use it as we had dumped a whole lot of stuff in there and never got around to putting it away. Paper was piling up and it was just a terrible mess.

I called Adele and two lovely ladies came in and sorted the entire study out, created a colour coded filing system, filed every piece of paper (but left a neat pile of unfiled papers they didn’t think we need, e.g. rates notices from our old house that were 4 years old!).
