We are all about creating time to live so we are delighted to be able to give you some precious time and take care of that a task just for you.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We the ultimate in outsourcing.  Any task that you don’t have time to do, you don’t know how to start or simply don’t want to do, we will manage it for you.

You can send us anything (or everything) from your  ‘to do’ list and we will manage it through to completion.  We use our own expertise, our massive database of verified vendors and global connections to complete your Request.

It might be as simple as having your shoes repaired, finding a new mobile phone deal, organising Corporate Christmas gifts, catering an afternoon tea in your apartment or securing tickets to sold out shows in New York. Literally, anything that is on your list, we can manage it for you.  We have completed thousands of Requests over the past 10+ years and we’ve always been able to deliver.

We have App technology where you can send your Request 24/7.  Each Request is listed separately and you can monitor each of them directly from your smart Phone, we don’t clog up your emails with endless messages.

WHAT WOULD IT NORMALLY COST?

Our services are paid for on a time basis, just $1.75 per minute (less if you engage a Lifestyle Assistant), this voucher costs this cost. Our experience and existing database of connections mean that we can often complete your Request in a fraction of the time it would take to do yourself.

Any additional costs associated with third parties, such as a trade or tickets to shows are paid directly by you.

WHAT COULD YOU DO?

Here are a few ideas to use your experience.  You might also like to download our 99 Ideas sheet in the box on the right.

You need a handyman to do some odd jobs, but you don’t know where to start looking. Call us.  We’ll organise a Handyman at a time and date to suit you both (we verify every vendor, we never Google!). You don’t pay us for our time to co-ordinate the service, you only pay the Handyman once he has completed your jobs.

You want to research holidays where the kids can learn to snowboard in Italy. Call us. We’ll do the research and send you our top 3 suggestions. You don’t pay us for our time. We can then introduce you to an agent make the reservation or you can take the information to your preferred agent, you pay them for the snowboard lessons when you book your holiday.

You want to start planning your mothers 70th birthday party, but not sure where to start. Call us.  We’ll create a plan of everything you need to include to ensure a successful event. You don’t pay us for our time, you simply pay the vendors you choose for your event.

Your voucher is for one Request, ie our time (for up to 2 hours duration), so please send us your first Request!

TERMS

  • Your Invitation to Experience is valid until the date shown at the bottom of your invitation
  • Your Invitation to Experience value is for one Request (up to 2-hours of our time)
  • Your Invitation to Experience is for your Concierge’s time only, it cannot be used to pay third-party providers
  • Your Invitation to Experience is not redeemable for cash
  • One Request per person for one use only.
