Corporate Concierge

The ultimate in employee support

Did you know that each week, employees spend up to 2.5 hours of the work day on unavoidable personal tasks?

When outside life takes hold of your workforce, it shows.

These external commitments are distracting and can be costly for businesses, impacting productivity, attendance and engagement.

You’ve chosen your team based on their skill and the value they can bring to your organisation.  Employees, in turn, will chose an organisation that has a clear strategy for managing work / life integration.

With outsourcing hitting record highs, the ability to outsource support for employees presents a genuine solution.

An outsource Corporate Concierge Service will help your team manage their work / life integration, save time and reduce stress.  The flow-on effect is a focussed team, increased morale, and greater team engagement resulting in major cost savings.

The traditional way of offering employee benefits is no longer relevant to modern living.  Gym memberships and group health care don’t have the same impact or benefit they once did.

A Corporate Concierge Service is not a luxury or ‘nice to have’ inclusion, it is an essential piece of modern business.

Our clients are national organisations who value their people and know that by providing them with support relevant to the way they live today will have an immediate impact on their business success.

To ensure our high service standards are maintained, we limit the number of organisations we work with each year.  If you would like to know more, download an overview of our service.

When employees personal ‘to do’s’ are being managed by a trusted Concierge, they are less anxious about personal administration and more productive at work. Higher productivity leads to higher output and revenue.

Employees can often experience unnecessary stress or anxiety due to pressures outside work. As a result, organisations can suffer the associated costs such as absenteeism, stress claims, turnover and compromised employee safety. A Corporate Concierge can support employees as part of an overall Wellness programme.

Including a Corporate Concierge as part of your Diversity Programme may enable employees to more actively participate in the work environment, for example after parental leave, absence due to an extended illness or caregiving.

Attraction & Retention

Organisations whose reputation for delivering on their integrated work / leisure policy, which is underpinned services such as a Corporate Concierge, will have an advantage in their ability to attract and retain high performing candidates.

From a number of perspectives our goal at McCullough Robertson is to provide an environment where everyone can reach their potential and that they can have a career that is not only successful but sustainable.  Thinking about what we can do to achieve this type of environment implementing different practical solutions is key.  In addition to a number of suggestions that assist our working families we think if we can give back time to our employees when things get busy and we need more time from them the idea of having someone tackle those things on the to do list sounded appealing.

It was important for us to work with someone who is at top of their game and the Concierge Collective was the obvious choice for us as many of us had established relationships with Adele.

So far we are really pleased with the results of the pilot and the impact that this is making.  In some cases it has been the game changer during a really busy time.

Pop star Sheena Easton’s take on working ‘nine to five’ is less relevant now than it was when the song was released in the early 1980s.

For those who work, it has become increasingly hard to keep to a predictable five day working week and, consequently, protected time for family and social activities.

The Concierge Collective are proud partners of Diverse City Careers.  DCC is a jobs board with a  difference! We ask the hard questions on your behalf to help women find employment in companies that actually want you for who you are.

DCC pre-screen employers on paid parental leave, pay equity, flexible working and much more. If they don’t meet our criteria, they simply cannot advertise. This information is not publicly listed elsewhere and is an essential tool in your job search when assessing employers.

Women make over 85% of purchase decisions. That’s Femeconomy. We want you to shop brands with female leaders to create gender equality.

We think that if women start channelling their collective purchasing power towards brands that have women in leadership, we will impact bottom lines, leading to more women in leadership to advance gender equality – let’s call it the Femeconomy Effect. And more women in leadership isn’t just good for women, it’s good business. Research from the Peterson Institute of International Economics shows that going from having no women in corporate leadership to a 30% female share translates to a 15% increase in profitability for a typical firm.
