Q. What prompted you to look for concierge/organising services?
A. There were so many personal things that I needed to get done for which I didn’t have time, and nor did my own PA have time to help me. I had gathered a range of small projects over a period of two years that I really wanted to action, but I didn’t see any time in my schedule that would allow me to do this. Many of the suppliers work when I work, so doing these things on the weekends was not the answer.
Q. Why did you choose to use TCC?
A. I had worked with Kelly Carter previously and knowing how well organised she was, meeting up with her again reminded me that I needed to action some tasks and it seemed the perfect opportunity. Just the push I needed.
Q. What kind of solutions were you looking for?
A. Sourcing quotes, finding an architect, selling things I don’t need any more and general repairs.
Q. Did we deliver those solutions?
A. Absolutely! The Concierge Collective army arrived and everything was coordinated very quickly. We had a successful garage sale and many things went that needed to go.

A. It has helped me literally put my ‘house in order’
Q. What has been the stand out moment of our services to you?
A. Helping prepare for my garage sale. The Concierge Collective team were no-nonsense, organised and knew what they were doing. They were the reason that it went so smoothly! I actually enjoyed the garage sale!
Q. Would you recommend TCC to others?
A. Definitely. This is a service that is great for executive folk who are time poor but still need to get things done in business hours.
Q. Anything else you would like to add?
A. I have enjoyed working with Sara from TCC. While she is a new team member she has understood my needs and her personal style is one that’s very easy going.
